Today's Verse

"For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour my spirit upon your descendants, and my blessing on your offspring." - Isaiah 44:3

Have you ever had a chance to travel by farm land as they are watering? They have this big, elaborate sprinkler system that cascades fountain streams of water to thirsty plants. This enriches the plants and helps them to grow, eventually providing substance for America's dinner tables. When you serve the Lord, and live the Christian life, His beautiful blessing becomes real. It is like a beautiful refreshing fountain of life that pours upon you in ways large and small. It quenches your soul and spirit, and provides provisions that uplift you. So, if you don't think that the Lord is moving mightily in your life, think again. Today's Prayer

Father, thank You for the wonder of your blessing. Thank You for showering upon every aspect of my life so that I can be all that You want me to be. Amen.
