An Instrument For God’s Presence

Today's Verse "I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words into his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him." - Deuteronomy 18:18 The process of voting for a political official is a difficult task. Many of them make promises that they cannot keep or won't keep if they are elected. A true representative is one who will speak for the people, listens to the people, and is guided by God. One of the greatest representatives of the Bible is Moses. He left the palaces of Egypt for what he really was a Hebrew. Yet, he was royalty. He was a child of God. But, he wasn't perfect. However, God provided everything that he needed to do the job that he called him to do. He was always with him. He took the imperfections and made something beautiful out of them. You can be an instrument for God's presence. Submit yourself unto His will with a genuine and pure heart. You must be willing. Be prepared for great things. – Commentary by Lisa M. Do not be Shaken

Today's Verse "But the Lord's plans stand firm forever; His intentions can never be shaken." - Psalm 33:11 God's plans are out there for us. There are times when we may feel that God's plan for us isn't enough; this is human nature. Often it can feel like we have the potential to be great, only to get shot down. Truthfully, this is a part of life. What we tend to lose sight of is that when God puts something in motion, He has already anticipated its outcome. Embracing this can give us with a firmer foundation that will never be shaken. The hardest things we face are nothing compared to what He has had to endure. As you go about your day, remember this, "The Lord's plans stand firm forever, His intentions can never be shaken." God’s Speaks, Creation is Born

Today's Verse "The Lord merely spoke, and the heavens were created. He breathed the word, and the stars were born." - Psalm 33:6 God speaks to us in some of the most amazing forms. Creation is only one of them. Psalm 33 is a great reminder of that. When we look around at the world God has created, do we take the time to stare in wonder at what He has done. He spoke and the masterpieces that we enjoy each day appeared out of thin air. As God spoke the world's creation came into being. As believers it is the same way with all of us. God has spoken something wonderful into our hearts, what we often overlook is the idea of learning more about what He has spoken. Today, hold on to the fact that God has placed something unique to who you are, within your heart.
