A New Promise

Today's Verse "Behold, I will do a new thing: now it shall spring forth: Shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." – Isaiah 43:19 One of the most beautiful things to behold is the portrait of a newly married couple entering their first home. It may not be what one would describe as great. But, if you were to view it through their eyes, it would be more than ideal. It would be a perfect home filled with hope and promise to start their adventure in life. The moment when we give our heart to the Lord and decide to follow Him that innocent, genuine, promise exists. We open our heart to see that beautiful hope that others cannot see. He gives us His word that He will make a way even through the most difficult terrain. All we have to do is place our faith and trust in Him.
