Today's Verse

"Let the whole world bless our God and loudly sing his praises. Our lives are in his hands, and he keeps our feet from stumbling." – Psalm 66:8-9

Trusting in God is something special and is often harder than one might think. It does, however, come with some amazing experiences. There is nothing like giving one of your heart's desires to God and then fully trusting that He will see it into fruition. The beauty of seeing it happen, because of how much you've placed your trust in God will change your heart and your life forever. I know it often does so for me. Don't get me wrong though, it is still a struggle. Today's passage reminds us that even in the midst of the struggle, God has His hand upon us and will keep us from stumbling. Make the extra effort to give your heart's desires completely to God, trust that He will bring it into fruition and watch Him make it happen. – Commentary by Matthew Elliott

Today's Prayer

Father God, thank You for always being there for us and revealing Your amazing love for us as we trust in You. Teach me to embrace that trusting heart more with each day You give me. Amen.
