Use Your Gifts to Glorify Him

Today's Verse "Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit." – Matthew 21:43 Have you ever received a gift, that at the time, you were so thrilled to receive, only to find it a few months later, tucked away, untouched, and unused? Only to regret that it was never used, so you re-gift it to someone else. Well, it is the same with the gifts that God gives us. Today's passage reminds us that our spiritual gifts can be taken away if left untouched. It calls us to use the gifts we are given to honor the one who gave them to us. We are given gifts with the expectation that we will find ways to use them as tools to help us become the person we were created to be. Today, take today's passage as a challenge to use the gifts you have been given. – Commentary by Matthew Elliott Today's Prayer Father God, thank You for giving me the gifts I have received. Show me today how I can use them to bring glory to You. Use me in whatever way You desire. Amen Within the last few weeks, many tragedies have hit our world.
