Today's Verse

"But the Lord watches over those who fear Him, those who rely on His unfailing love." - Psalm 33:18

Sometimes it can be a difficult matter when it comes to understanding the love that God has for us. Scripture claims, much like it does in this reference; that the Lord watches over those who rely on His love. The question that comes to mind is, how? How does one rely upon the love of the father and what does it take to do so. Truthfully, it's a matter of giving ourselves to Him each and every day. Of course we are going to mess up at times, but messing up is how we learn to embrace a brighter, loving, future. It is in the moments we mess things up, that we need to rely on Him the most. This is a two way street though, when we rely upon Him, He relies more on us. - Matthew Elliott

Today's Prayer

Father God, Your love is amazing, steady, and unchanging and I am ever grateful for that. Help me to rely on this Love more each day and show me more if it. Amen.
