Today's Verse

"If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ." - 1 Peter 4:11

Each of us have been given gifts that we can offer back to God is some way or another. Often, it can be difficult to determine the best way to use those gifts. In those moments, we need to take time to seek God and to ask Him, "What have You given me that I can offer to others?" When we do that, we give our gifts to Him and open the door for Him to use them as He desires. He will show us the path we need to take in order to use our gifts. Make it a point today to offer some time in prayer and worship to God. Give Him a chance to speak to you about how you can use your gifts to bring Him the glory and honor He deserves. – Commentary by Matthew Elliott

Father, You have given me so much in my life and there are times when I don't really know how to thank You. Show me today what I can do to thank You for all that You gave for my life. Amen.
