Today's Verse

"Although I am the least of all the saints, this grace was given to me to bring to the gentiles the news of the boundless riches of Christ." – Ephesians 3:8

Ephesians Chapter 3, is one of those chapters that is just filled with wonderful little reminders of God's grace. The verse above is one of them. While Paul is by far the most popular apostle, he never really felt he deserved to be used by God in they way that he was. This is part of what he is referring to in today's verse. It is something we can take to heart as a reminder that God can use anyone for his glory. As individuals we all have limitations, just as Paul did, but through the power of God, we truly can make a difference in the world around us. The question we have to ask ourselves is, "are we going to let ourselves be used for that glory?" The choice is yours. - Commentary by: Matthew J. Elliott

Today's Prayer

Father God, I know that You use even the least of us to reveal Your wonders to the world around us. Today I pray that You will help me accept and embrace the fact that You can and will use us to Your glory. Amen.
